We have been designing and conducting Skilling, Upskilling and Capacity Building program specially in Baking, Milling, Extrusion Technology, Food, Fruits & Vegetable Processing, and allied sectors. We are training partner of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and Food Safety and Standard Authority of India (FSSA).
Assocom – India is known for knowledge creation, entrepreneurship, and development of human resource at all levels, as it is industry driven. We have been positively working to fill gap in human resource needs. With the focus on international standard education, our training programs span on science and technology related to Baking, Milling, Allied Food Technology, Food Safety & Quality Management, Bakery Management (Engineering/Operations/Maintenance/Supervision), required for human resources in the industry. Special focus is given to development of general management science of marketing, sales, materials management, procurement, supply chain and cost control. These programs are designed to benefit all segments of the industry from retailers, wholesalers, producers, exporters, importers, entrepreneurs and also seasoned professionals. Flexible modules such as part time, distance learning, weekend, evening as well as bespoke program for target groups are also conducted. Special social programs for skills development of un-employed and under-employed individuals is also part of the curriculum, including ‘Bakery Entrepreneurship for Women & Rural Youth’
