Dr. Ashni Kapoor, (Raj’s Daughter) Has worked with Assocom for the past decade and has become the organization’s specialist in Food Safety and standards. She is recognized expert of Food Safety and Standards Authority of India with seven years of experience in nutrition, labeling and capacity building. She has conducted more than 50 seminars/workshop on Food Safety, Nutrition, Food Labeling, Quality Control, Product Development, and innovation. She is certified HACEP/ISO auditor and has manufacturing contacts and connections.
